1: How to add/share your app space to clients/friends.

You app space lives on the web and can be accessed via your link.

To add the app to your phone:

  1. Install a QR code scanner app and scan this image. (Note: This is great for use on BrowzorApp, so keep it. Watch Training section on this.)
    • You’ll get a screen that shows “Search; Copy; Open Link or Share”, Select Open Link 
  2. Your clients can view this on a browser or link the app to their phones home screen with other apps.
  3. On IOS (Operating system for Apple devices) we visit the link on the Safari browser, click “Share” and add to home screen.
  4. On Android devices you should get a prompt to add it to your home screen. (If not, just tap the menu icon and then choose “Add to home screen”.)
  5. A link will be sent to the email address you added. Enter that link to verify your email and your phone has access.

To add the app to your Desktop/Laptop.

  1. Simply follow this link. https://app.browzor.com/
  2. We will provide you with your own QR code as soon as your Tour is live. (Watch the training on the amazing uses for QR codes.)

2: How to add your business on the App.

Adding your business is simplest using the App itself.

  1. Note: If you have  a 360/Vr tour already, your Business will be live on the App within minutes.
  2. If you do not have a tour link yet, you can still add your business, but it will naturally not have a live tour until we add the tour link. We’ll remove this ability soon, but for now people can get all the other info you add.
  3. Booking a Tour:
    1. You can book a Matterport Tour with us by emailing us at info@browzor.com.
    2. You can use an outsourced Photographer. (A list of options will be available soon.)

For your physical business: Follow the legal guidelines of your country/city/town/area. For your tour …

The Browzor team can duplicate and open your business virtually and digitally to the public within 48 hours, but can you do everything available on/in it? 

Selling products? You never have to open your physical doors. Your business on Browzor is open 24/7/365 and you can offer products inside it as per usual,  but via shipping/postal services. Just set up processes to allow for safe/clean virus free shipping. 

Offering Services? If social distancing is unavoidable, you have to create processes to prove you can deliver safely. Then mention that in your booking process where people has the option to pay ahead of time or you can arrange for COD.

Examples: At the time of this post alcohol sales are not allowed at all in my area. I should therefore not be able to receive from lets say a liquor store. (We therefore insist you switch off all alcohol delivery options if this applies in your city/town/area until it is lifted.) However, we will assist on how to mitigate the current impact with pre-paid/future offers so watch the training for that once you booked your scan.

Our Products/Services

Our first iteration/product is the BrowzorApp. Its fast, the search is optimized and the platform  is for mobile phones (also viewable on desktop) as mobile is  currently responsible for 61% of Google Search visits according to Statista.

Photography

360/VR Photographers needs access to your property. In serious social distancing cases you can open the door and wait outside, or simply be in the area but out of the camera’s view as it rotates. (If movement occurs some cameras will create a distorted image of the movement.)

If high valued items are open and for security reasons, you can also walk and move with the photographer. The space can be empty or you can arrange a staged scenario, but empty opens more options for hotspot changes. Watch the training on this.

Coming: Marketing your business

During the Global lock-down a few big players in the marketing space changed how they handled and worked with marketers. The resulting unhappiness is a chance for Browzor to utilize the amazing value they brought to said platforms and we hope to redirect that towards businesses on our platform. There is still a lot to do, but we’ll get there.

Another part of the thinking in our offer is this. When you advertise on any given platform, you tend to advertise one product/service at a time. In Browzors case, every mention of your business that leads to a virtual walk-through exposes ALL your products/services. 

Pricing (FREE or Valuable?)

For some our pricing will seem “a lot”, yet others (in the industry) cannot believe we can deliver at this price point. 

The choice in pricing was specifically designed to deliver value over profit.  In our training you’ll find that we often teach to be the best in one area before you expand. I know that for many, the topic of “marketing” has been a grudge purchase with zero guarantees and that is what we hope to change for our clients and their clients. If we can get more people through your door than you could with “hope marketing”, then we will have started well. I’ll add a video on why we price the way we do in the training soon and what we can do as a result of it. 

The scan is a required item the business needs  for the listing to be valuable for the Browzors that comes here specifically for that. On top of that we will also charge a monthly fee towards Browzor and its extended services. We do NOT make money with frustrating ads. For the moment, early birds will get it at R750 per month and grow to include the additions you find valuable in future. (Note: If we scan your business, you get your first month FREE to test its value.)

To put that in context: The monthly fee is less than the minimal wage of a single person in SA. For it, your business has a duplicate, digital Franchise that’s open and manned (automated) 24/7/365. 

Privacy & Exposure

Everyone you meet has an opinion about how FREE services utilize their data. There is lot to be said for that, but the FREE-model (The actual cost is your personal data) to the public is paid for by businesses.  Over time the cost increases and so does the red Ocean. Now, if you know your clients it is actually a very effective way to promote your business on lets say Facebook, until it becomes so “red ocean” that competition kills the value. Few understand that the success ratios of advertising campaigns on social media hovers around 1-4% depending on the offer, service need etc. Although that is poor, its better than flyers at 0.007% or hope marketing isn’t it? So, a little obvious, but the topic is still a highly contentious discussion.

There are 3 ways to get noticed online. Someone searches for you (which BrowzorApp covers perfectly),  you interrupt them via an add or people share the experience or offer. (Good or Bad.). Even though the FREE model is lucrative, IF you get it right, the pay for service is actually a more preferred option regarding Privacy and an add free environment. the future will prefer this model. More later.

What you’ll find in the training to come is a philosophy of client service first as experience is the one thing left for businesses to get right, and if you do, the inherent loyalty of a happy client is almost impossible to buy with a low ROI platform once it is crowded. Browzor will serve its perfect client better with a long tail strategy, rather than the short term profit.
